With a new partner and a rush of positive emotions, Caelan heads back to London. He writes and records 'Hello From Downtown', also from the name of that squat, 'Downtown', hugging the Thames and overlooked by them nasty looking towers, JP Morgan, HSBC and co. Everything was scarce at that time, the instruments heard on this album were all borrowed or randomly found.

Il écrit et enregistre 'Hello From Downtown', du même nom que le squat, 'Downtown', collé à la Tamise et surplombé par ces tours de verres menaçantes, JP Morgan, HSBC et compagnie. Tout était très précaire en ces temps là, les instruments entendus sur cet album sont tous empruntés ou trouvés aléatoirement.
